Cord for the snow blower

Somewhere along the line the cord for the snow blower (that is used to start it) got lost/misplaced. I went to my local Lowe's in NJ and bought a new one. I asked an employee if they sold replacements and he told me that there is nothing special about those cords. It is just a regular, three pronged electrical cord. So I bought the shortest one that they had. I need to bring that out to the house the next time that I am out here so that I can make sure the snow blower works.

Installed light bulb in kitchen

This morning I installed a new bulb in the kitchen ceiling in the lights over the stove. When I was doing this I noticed that the "touch" switch that this bulb and the others in the circuit are controlled by is damaged. This happened between the last time that I was out there and today. It has only been a week or two since I was out there last when I replaced the transformer from IKEA for the other lights in the kitchen. This switch that needs to be replaced costs about $35.00. And, of course, I just returned the one to Home Depot this morning before I went to the house.
